mortgage documentation

Once you have received AIP from a lender, you will need to provide documentation to verify the details provided and to comply with anti money laundering legislation.

We will send you our mortgage pack, which will include application forms for the specific lender, as well as a checklist of documentation required:

Lender-Specific
- Signed application form
- Completed employee status form (signed/stamped by your employer)

Financial
- Amount of mortgage required
- Latest P60
- Recent Payslips (last three months)
- Recent statements for all outstanding loans
- Evidence of savings/deposit e.g. deposit account statements
Documentation for non-PAYE workers e.g. contractors or directors

Proof of Identification
- Photo ID (passport/drivers licence)
- Two utility bills (last three months)

This documentation may be sent to us by certified post or presented in person. Originals are required of all documentation; these will be returned to you immediately.

We also ask you to complete our personal financial profile and to provide the following details on your chosen property as soon as they are available:

Property
- Type of building, address
- Purchase price, stamp duty, legal and kit out costs
- Closing date

We will arrange for a valuation of the property to be completed by an approved valuer (required by lender).
