Exiting the airport, join the M1 by taking the second exit off the roundabout (signposted for Dublin). From the M1 join the M50 southbound. Continue through the West Link toll bridge (toll charge €1.80).
Stay on the M50 southbound.
Take the exit signposted for Dundrum/Sandyford.
At the roundabout take the third exit, a road running parallel to the M50 (signposted Sandyford). Turn left at the first set of traffic lights.
At the crossroads traffic lights turn right, then right again into Blackthorn Road and take the next right (almost immediately) to Beacon Court pay & display underground car park.
Go down the entrance ramp and take the upper car park entrance, to the right of the security booth. Take the stairs or lift to the Concourse on the ground floor level and cross the Concourse to the mall. Continue to the end of the mall and exit by the doors on the right.

Driving southbound through Ranelagh and Goatstown where the Goat Grill is on your right, continue up this road to the Blackthorn Drive junction (third junction) and take a left.
The Beacon Hotel is on your right; take the first right into Blackthorn Road and take the first right (almost immediately) to Beacon Court pay & display underground car park.
Go down the entrance ramp and take the upper car park entrance, to the right of the security booth. Take the stairs or lift to the Concourse on the ground floor level and cross the Concourse to the mall. Continue to the end of the mall and exit by the doors on the right.

Take the N11 southbound passing UCD and the Radisson Hotel until you see the St John of God hospital on a hill on the left hand side. Get into the right hand lane and turn right (filter arrow) into Brewery Road.
Follow Brewery Road until you reach a roundabout and take the fourth exit into the Sandyford Industrial Estate.
Keep left and at the next T-junction turn left into Blackthorn Road. Follow the road around and turn left (opposite Londis) down into Beacon Court pay & display underground car park.
Go down the entrance ramp and take the upper car park entrance, to the right of the security booth. Take the stairs or lift to the Concourse on the ground floor level and cross the Concourse to the mall. Continue to the end of the mall and exit by the doors on the right.

Take the Green Luas from St Stephen's Green and get off at Stillorgan (Zone 3; return ticket €3.80, about 20 minutes).
Cross the road parallel to the Luas line, you will see the Siemens building in front of you - and turn left at the pedestrian traffic lights. Take an immediate right into the industrial estate. Continuing to the junction, take a right, then left at the next junction, then right at the Heron House building, and take the first left into Bracken Road.
About 150m on your right is the entrance to Beacon Court (Sand coloured walls with water running down the outside). The Acumen & Trust office is located on the left hand side about half-way along the avenue.
Exiting the underground car park by the stairs or lift, you will reach the Concourse on the ground floor level. Cross the Concourse to the mall, continue to the end of the mall and exit by the doors on the right.
